It also makes a great marinade or sweet and sour sauce! Made with pineapple juice, nutmeg, mace, allspice and apple cider vinegar, this syrup is bright, deep, juicy, rich and somehow still refreshing. Combine with seltzer and/or spirits and spiced/floral bitters.
