Twenty-Four Months Under Seal
The Riserva began as a return to origins: Antonio Nonino, third generation, used to keep Amaro Carnia in small wooden casks when steel was prohibitive, and the wood changed the infusion. The family recreated that effect deliberately — aging takes place in a dedicated cellar, under seal and permanent surveillance by the Customs and Monopoly Office.
