Six Texas summers did the work: brutal heat cycling pushed the whiskey in and out of the wood far faster than Kentucky aging, building a dense, oak-forward bourbon the brand calls its most patient release — "we didn't rush a label; we waited for a standard." Cooked, fermented, pot-distilled, aged, and bottled entirely in Hye, Texas, from Texas corn, estate-grown winter wheat, and malted barley.
