Pinhook Tiz Rye Time 5 Year Old Vertical Rye

Every year, Pinhook releases a new bourbon and rye, each connected to a promising young thoroughbred. The whiskey in each release is the best expression of Pinhook barrels at that moment in time. Each release is blended and proofed as unique as the horse on the label. The Vertical Series is a one-time opportunity to follow a group of barrels, all filled within months of each other, as they age. 

This straight rye whiskey has aromas of tangerine peel, cinnamon stick, and toffee, which transitions to a palate of dried apricot, molasses, toasted cedar, and clove.
