Tasting notes
Colour: medium plum with pink brightness at the rim. Nose: bright raspberry and pouring cream; lifted lavender and violets with orange blossom and hibiscus. Palate: baking spices (nutmeg, cinnamon) with pannacotta-like creaminess; forest fruits, blackberry, bramble; finely focused tannins; immediate succulence.
