Per distillery and reviewer notes: an elegant nose of vanilla and toasted oak with lime, green berries, pear and green sweet pepper; a palate where light pepper gives way to fresh citrus, lime, mandarin orange and a hint of cinnamon with vanilla and oak; a long finish that slowly reveals the clean American-oak foundation.
