El Jimador honors the noble jimador — the skilled agave harvester, the heart and hands behind every great tequila — embodying strength, craftsmanship, and legacy. His design interlocks with the companion La Catrina bottle through skeletal hands. Inside is Mandala's standard añejo: 100% Blue Weber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, slow-cooked in brick ovens, double-distilled in copper stills, non-chill filtered and additive-free, aged over 14 months in French oak barrels per the official 2025 copy.
Tasting notes: cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, light oak, and warm baking spice on the nose; rich toffee, honeyed oak, dried fruit, and subtle cinnamon warmth on the palate; a smooth, long finish of gentle sweetness and layered oak.
