Billy Walker's Peated Blend
MacNair's is the boutique arm of The GlenAllachie Distillers Company, revived by Billy Walker and named for Victorian blender Harvey MacNair. "Lum Reek" comes from the Scots toast "lang may yer lum reek" — long may your chimney smoke — a nod to the peated heart of the blend.
