The Legend in Pink
The Lamborghini wine estate — founded by Ferruccio Lamborghini, the tractor and supercar maker, on the hills by Lake Trasimeno — bottles this rosé as "The Legend," its Metodo Classico flagship in pink. Where the estate's white sparklings use the tank method, the rosé is made the slow way, fermented in the bottle from pure Pinot Noir, which is where its fine mousse and coppery blush come from. Serve it where it belongs: among our sparkling wine, with the wider wine range alongside, or on the Lamborghini vendor page.
