Ciroc Vodka
Ciroc Vodka is a 750mL vodka bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in France — the original, unflavoured Ciroc. Distilled five times from fine French grapes rather than grain, it is cold-fermented from snap-frost fruit and finished in a tailor-made copper pot still for a refined citrus character. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.

The Vodka Made from Grapes
Ciroc's name joins cime (peak) and roche (rock), a nod to high-altitude Gaillac, where its Mauzac Blanc grapes grow alongside Ugni Blanc from the Cognac region. Diageo brought the brief to Jean-Sebastien Robicquet of Maison Villevert in 2001, and Ciroc was born in 2003: snap-frost grapes cold-fermented into wine, distilled four times in column stills, then given a fifth, flavour-shaping distillation in a traditional tailor-made copper pot still at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France. The result is a vodka defined by freshness rather than neutrality. The brand markets it as gluten-free. See the full line on the Ciroc vendor page.

French grapes — Mauzac Blanc from Gaillac and Ugni Blanc from Cognac — not grain, corn or potato.

40% ABV (80 proof). The flavoured Ciroc expressions are bottled at 35% ABV; the original is the full-strength one.
Why is Ciroc distilled five times?
