Peach, Built on a Grape Vodka
Ciroc starts where almost no other vodka does: with grapes instead of grain. Mauzac Blanc from Gaillac and Ugni Blanc from the Cognac region are cold-fermented into wine, distilled four times in column stills and given a fifth distillation in a tailor-made copper pot still at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux, under master distiller Jean-Sebastien Robicquet of Maison Villevert, who created the brand with Diageo in 2003. Peach was the third flavour-infused expression in the range, layering ripe peach over that smooth grape base.
