Cazcanes builds its tequila the slow way, starting with hand-selected organic Blue Weber agave cooked slowly in an autoclave, then extracted by roller mill and fermented with a proprietary yeast before a double distillation in stainless stills fitted with copper coils. Volcanic spring water from Navichi Springs finishes the spirit — and it's fully additive-free, with no caramel, sweeteners, or flavoring. For the No. 10 Tributo Edition, that agave spirit has rested at least three years in oak (the exact maturation period hasn't been disclosed), then been bottled at still strength so nothing stands between you and the barrel.
