At a 500 acre farm in Shoreham, Vermont, WhistlePig is dedicated to creating high quality, handcrafted products that reflect the local traditions of the region. After their award-winning Rye Whiskey has been bottled, they use the freshly emptied barrels to age pure, organic Vermont maple syrup. The syrup is aged in these barrels for up to twelve months, resulting in a unique flavor that combines notes of toffee and rye spice with the rich, robust flavor of maple syrup. This syrup is an excellent addition to any cocktail and is available in 375ml bottles.
