Brucato Chaparral Amaro is a unique and flavorful amaro that is handcrafted using a blend of over 25 botanicals, including wild herbs and flowers that are native to the chaparral region of California. This artisanal amaro is made by Brucato Spirits, a small-batch distillery located in Los Angeles that is dedicated to using locally sourced ingredients to create high-quality spirits with a distinctive character.

The aroma of Brucato Chaparral Amaro is a blend of warm spices, citrus, and floral notes, with a hint of earthy undertones. On the palate, the amaro is bold and complex, with a rich and well-balanced taste that is both bitter and sweet. The flavors of orange peel, cinnamon, and cardamom are complemented by a subtle hint of sage and other herbs, creating a unique and memorable taste.

Brucato Chaparral Amaro is best enjoyed as a digestif, served neat or over ice, or as a key ingredient in cocktails. It pairs particularly well with whiskey or bourbon, and can also be used to add depth and complexity to classic cocktails like the Negroni or the Manhattan. With its bold and distinctive flavor profile, Brucato Chaparral Amaro is a must-try for amaro enthusiasts and cocktail lovers alike.

Poor man's chartruese

Do really enjoy both the chaparral and woodlands version of brucato. Very tasty, tons of depth, not as good as chartruese but currently $120 cheaper. Well worth it.
