Winemaker Notes: Fruity, smooth, and made to be enjoyed immediately, our Merlot is first fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve its vivid cherry flavors and aromas. Afterward, the wine is aged briefly in American oak tanks to enhance its supple, silky-smooth texture.
Vineyard Notes: Our Merlot is crafted from grapes selected from premier vineyards in California’s cool coastal region and warmer inland Lodi, where the fruit ripens slowly and evenly to produce wine that is soft, juicy and round.
Pairing: Exceptional partner for herb-roasted meats and chicken, plank-grilled salmon, hearty spaghetti Bolognese, and earthy mushroom risotto.
