Pink Himalayan Rim Salt replaces harsh, processed table salt on the rim with something milder, earthier and far better looking. McMann & Tate, a small-batch cocktail ingredient maker founded in 2020 in West Orange, New Jersey, bottles pure natural Himalayan pink salt — unrefined salt from ancient sea salt deposits in the Himalayan range, owing its rosy color to trace minerals including iron, magnesium and potassium, with no artificial anti-caking agents or additives. The 4.5oz jar rims Margarita after Margarita with a soft pink crust and a clean, balanced salinity. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.

Size: 4.5oz (127.6g) jar

Ingredient: Natural Himalayan pink salt — pure, unrefined, all-natural

Flavor: Mild and earthy, with a delicate, uniform crystal texture

Origin: McMann & Tate Cocktail Co., West Orange, New Jersey, USA (salt sourced from Himalayan deposits)

Alcohol: Non-alcoholic cocktail rimming salt

About McMann & Tate Pink Himalayan Rim Salt

Standard processed salt hits the palate with an aggressive sharpness that can mask a good spirit; McMann & Tate mills its pink salt to a uniform, delicate texture instead, so the rim offers a gentle crunch and a smoother salinity that rounds out a drink rather than overwhelming it.
