Blackletter Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Cabernet Oak Barrel Staves

Blackletter is a small batch handcrafted bourbon, ideal for sipping on the rocks, and an absolute gem in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or a Sidecar.  

A modern process of extended maturation and final finishing of Blackletter Straight Bourbon on our Blackletter Cabernet Sauvignon barrel staves, imparts an additional depth and richness we love. This final finishing and blending takes place here, in San Francisco, CA. Part of the unique and proprietary aging and finishing process has allowed for a better aged bourbon, that uses less wood, water, and energy to achieve its true craft flavor.
