A 50-50 blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, with shiny, clear light green reflections. This rich and complex wine delivers notes of white fruit and elegant harmonious feel with nice freshness on floral notes to the finish.
Grapes varieties: 50 % Roussane, 50 % Marsanne
Maturing: 8 months in stainless tank on fine lees with regular stirring the first months.
Winemaking: Grapes vinified and matured separately. Direct pressing. Cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks a low temperature.
Soil: Clay and limestone with pebbles rolled by Rhône river at teh Quaternary.
Paring: Shellfish and seafood, fish, and risotto.
