Del Mesa Liquor Raffle

By participating in the Del Mesa Liquor Raffle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This raffle is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and located within the United States. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Del Mesa Liquor are not eligible to participate.
2. Raffle Period: The raffle begins on September 1st and ends on September 22nd. All entries must be received by September 22nd to be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter the raffle, participants must sign up to the Del Mesa Liquor Rewards Program and therefore be subscribing to our newsletter. One entry per person is allowed.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on September 25th at Del Mesa Liquor. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw date. The winner have 48 hours to respond to be eligible to receive the price.
5. Prize: The prize for this raffle is the ability to purchase Hibiki Blossom Harmony Japanese Whisky 2022 for $1 and free shipping. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
6. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to permit Del Mesa Liquor to use their name for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
7. Taxes: Any taxes or fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Disqualification: Del Mesa Liquor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules or attempts to tamper with the raffle process.
9. Changes and Cancellation: Del Mesa Liquor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time for any reason.
10. Governing Law: This raffle is subject to the laws of your state jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to the raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your states jurisdiction.
